On
14th and 15th November 2005, a peer
team consisting of Dr.L.C.Singh,
Former Professor of NCERT, New Delhi as
chairman and Dr. V.Sudhakar,
Chairman, Faculty of Education, Osmania University,
Hyderabad and Dr. Sr.Leonilla,
Principal, St.Ann's College of
Education, Mangalore as members
visited our College. This peer team
was constituted by National
Assessment and Accreditation
Council(NAAC).,
an autonomous
institution of UGC to assess the
quality of education in our college. The peer team verified the accuracy
of the self-appraisal report
submitted to NAAC and also
interacted with the various
constitutions of our college.
The peer team went into the criteria
formulated to assess and recommend
the award
of grade. The team
was highly satisfied with the
functioning of the college and
testifies to this in its report to
the NAAC. On the basis of its
recommendation our college was
conferred A Grade by the NAAC
which is valid for 5 years from 2nd
Feb 2006.
