With the aim of assisting the students
to pursue their desired goal, Annammal
College has established a Career
Guidance and Placement Cell. It is the
nerve center of our institution. The
functions of the Career Guidance Cell
are collection, compilation and
dissemination of information regarding
various competitive examinations,
distance education courses, research
funding agencies
, scholarships, grants
and educational loans available for the
students. To facilitate this the college
arranges Career talks, Career
Conferences and Orientation programmes
periodically. The Career Guidance Cell
comprises in itself a unique library of
rare collections of books which caters
to the needs of the students who aspires
to appear for various competitive
examinations like IAS, IPS, UGC- NET/SLET,
TRB, GRE, GMAT, TOFFEL, IELTS and
Entrance Examinations for courses like
B.Ed. etc.,
Our Placement Cell encourages our
students to attend the interviews
conducted by renowned institutions
across the country that calls for
teaching posts at secondary and higher
secondary levels. It also arranges
campus interviews for our students.
